Privacy policy

neomixers is a community initiative run by ▲promocrat (promocrat.com), in Romania. For anything related to this policy, write to hello@neomixer.ro.

Newsletter: the email address you give when you subscribe, so we can send event announcements, community news and selected opportunities. The form on this website sends it straight to Substack, which runs the newsletter.

Partnership enquiries: your name, email, organisation and the proposal you describe in the form.

Analytics, only if you accept them: how the website is used — pages viewed, clicks towards Luma registration, registrations completed in the Luma form on this website (that one happened, not your details), calendar follows, newsletter subscriptions, completed partner forms, the cities and formats people look at, and UTM source and campaign where present.

Analytics run only after you accept them in the consent banner; until then, and if you decline, nothing is recorded. When they run, they are loaded through Google Tag Manager.

We look at this data to understand which events attract interest and which announcements bring people here. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not use tooling that claims to identify the companies visiting the website.

Consent, for the newsletter and for analytics. Legitimate interest, for responding to a partnership enquiry you sent us.

Event registration happens on Luma, under Luma's own privacy policy — in Luma's registration form, which opens within an edition page on this website, or on luma.com. Either way, the details you register with go to Luma, not to us.

The newsletter is run on Substack (neomixers.substack.com): your subscription and email address are held by Substack, under Substack's own terms and privacy policy, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. Partnership enquiries are stored in the neomixers database on Supabase, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), which only the neomixers team can access. The website is hosted by Vercel. If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager and the measurement tools it loads receive the events listed above. We do not sell personal data.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Partnership enquiries are kept only as long as we need them to reply and to run any collaboration that follows; you can ask us to delete yours at any time. We read analytics in aggregate and do not use them to identify anyone.

Photographs are taken at neomixers events and may be published on this website and on social media. We ask for permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial, name, role or company. If you would prefer a photograph of you to be removed, email hello@neomixer.ro and we will take it down.

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@neomixer.ro and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
